introduction for draft 4

I know most of first year college students are never looking forward to being forced to live in a residence hall, but it is something that almost all of students have to experience. I am one of these students and I live on the fourth floor of Howick hall, which is located in the Noyer complex. I do not think that where I live is any more special than any other residence hall but there are a few unique things about it. I will be focusing on a few certain points such as, I will give you a brief history of the residence halls at Ball State University, daily life inside the floor bathroom, and the daily life in the food center.

interview for draft 4

I want to talk about Eric. Eric is an individual that I talked to about his daily routine in the bathroom. As a matter of fact, Eric is my roommate. We went to high school together and he is also a freshman at Ball State University. I began asking him about his routines and his response was, “Since I came to school my hygiene has slowed down a lot. I used to shower everyday, but now I shower about every three days.” He went on to talk about that the reason he doesn’t shower everyday is because he is extremely busy with all his schoolwork. Eric went on to also talk about the sink incident. He said that when he walked out of the room there was water everywhere. There was about three inches of standing water outside the bathroom and it also leaked into certain rooms and ruined many things. The culprit later came forward and confessed to his actions. Eric and I both don’t know who did it. Once I was done talking to Eric we went downstairs and ate dinner.

about the critiques

I took the advice of my peers very seriously and used it to create this essay. For the most part in the last half of the paper. I took their advice about my conclusion especially about connecting it to the introduction. One critique said that my paper was lagging toward the end of the first half, so I did my best in making it more exciting and pleasant for the readers.
